Making the Festival Work
To ensure everybody has a great time please observe the following:

We have now changed our policy on dogs. You may bring a dog to the Festival under the following conditions:
1. You book them in with Clare on 01647 252983 first;
2. You keep them on a lead on site AT ALL TIMES (there are forest walks in all directions just outside Embercombe's gates);
3. You clean up any dog poo thoroughly and put it in the bins provided. This is very important for the health and safety of children;
4. No Dogs in indoor or tent venues;
5. You agree to keep your dog under control at all times and make sure they do not disturb or disrupt the Festival in any way.

No drums or amplified music on the site or camping area.

Please avoid disruptions by being prompt for performances.

No photos, audio/visual recording of performances.

Noise – please turn off mobiles and please take responsibility for your children during performances.

Smoking and Drugs – The festival, campsite and all venues are smoke free zones. No illegal drugs.

Recycling – please use the facilities around the site.

Childcare – The children's/young people's areas are not crèches. Your child(ren) remain(s) your responsibility at all times. 7 to 12 year olds must be accompanied by an adult to all events/performances and 13 to 16 year olds must be reasonably supervised by parents or a designated adult carer.
